Celebrate the season with two days of festive fun at Holiday Cheer, Ottawa Street North’s signature holiday event! This year, we’re spreading even more cheer with activities and experiences for all ages on Friday, December 5th and Saturday, December 6th, 2025.

Friday, December 5th – Ottawa Street: Open Late for the Holidays

Ottawa Street shops are open late to kick off the holidays. Santa and carollers will be strolling from 5:00pm to 6:30pm, filling the street with music and joy.

Santa will stop at the Parkette (236 Ottawa St N at Edinburgh Ave) from 7:00pm to 8:00pm—perfect for photos and sharing your wish list.

Enjoy horse & carriage rides, live music, and hot chocolate from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at 236 Ottawa St N (Pickup: Ottawa St & Edinburgh Ave).

Create magical memories with family and friends as you shop and celebrate.

Saturday, December 6th – Shop Small, Spread Cheer, and Get Festive

Saturday is all about community and festive fun. Snap a holiday photo with Santa at the free photo booth from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Crown & Press Art Gallery + Cafe (303 Ottawa St N).

Get creative at Earls Court Gallery (215 Ottawa St N) with photo frame crafts and festive treats from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Horse & carriage rides, live music, outdoor games, and hot chocolate run from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Ottawa St Farmers’ Market (Location: Ottawa St & Britannia Ave). Don’t miss the market for unique local gifts and holiday treats!
